POSITION SUMMARY

Our jobs aren't just about mixing drinks. Instead, we aim to create a memorable and unique experience. Our bartenders have the basics down but are constantly exploring new trends, microlocal offerings, and guests' evolving needs. They are not just beverage enthusiasts but also hosts of the space. Their role extends beyond the bar to take ownership of guest service broadly and to do what needs to be done. Bartenders use their knowledge and expertise to ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly. They build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and meet our guests' needs. They should be passionate about guest service and attentive to detail, from handling money and providing information to ensuring the quality of drinks.

Regardless of position, success depends on creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting a professional appearance. Bartenders will be on their feet and moving around, engaging in physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. They will reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these duties well is critical to providing excellent service and supporting our business every day.
