POSITION SUMMARY

Our jobs aren't just about mixing drinks. Instead, we aim to create an experience that is memorable and unique. Our bartenders have the basics down but are constantly looking for new trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest needs. They are not just beverage enthusiasts but also hosts of the space. Their role extends beyond the bar to take ownership of guest service broadly and do what needs to be done. Bartenders will use their knowledge and expertise to ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly. They will build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and meet guest needs. They should be passionate about guest service and have an eye for detail, from handling money accurately to providing information to guests and maintaining drink quality.

Regardless of position, key success factors include creating a safe workplace, following company policies, protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a professional appearance. Bartenders will be on their feet and moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. They will also reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these duties well (and other reasonable tasks) is critical for delivering excellent service to our guests and supporting our business each day.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None required.
