About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bartender – F&B Service to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages and other drinks according to established recipes, measures and Jumeirah standards.
• Provide knowledgeable and personalised recommendations, confidently upselling beverages to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain the bar to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, organisation and stock control.
• Process beverage transactions accurately and ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests professionally while maintaining excellent F&B service, hygiene and safety standards.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably within a five-star or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beverages and basic food and beverage pairings.
• Good understanding of bar operations, hygiene and responsible beverage service.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills, with a confident, engaging and professional approach.
