The Bartender is a support role which ensures the smooth running of the restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest comfort is guaranteed at all times. A high degree of product knowledge is necessary in order to confidently recommend and upsell the various products on offer.

Your day-to-day work:

• Welcome, interact, and communicate with guests & colleagues in a courteous, friendly, and clear manner.
  
• Take, prepare, and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and upselling all products; focus on maximizing sales in order to drive sales and meet outlet targets.
  
• Clear and clean the bar in a professional manner.
  
• Maintain stock accurately, handle point-of-sale transactions, and maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times.
  
• Ensure that company Health and Safety policies are followed and adhered to; train all new team members.
  

What are we looking for?

Education and Experience:

• Ideally, your background will be from the hotel/F&B industry and you will have worked as a Bartender for a minimum of 1 year in a 3-star or above category hotel.
  
• Fluent English is a must, and other languages would be an advantage.
