POSITION SUMMARY

Our jobs aren't just about mixing drinks. Instead, we aim to create an experience that is memorable and unique. Our bartenders have the basics down but are constantly on the lookout for new trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest needs. They are not just beverage enthusiasts but also hosts of the space. Their role extends beyond the bar to take ownership of guest service broadly and to do what needs to be done. Bartenders will use their knowledge and expertise to ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly. They will build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and meet guest needs. They should be passionate about guest service and attentive to detail, from handling money and providing information to ensuring the quality of drinks.

Key responsibilities include creating a safe workplace, following company policies, protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting a professional appearance. Bartenders will be on their feet, moving around, and performing physical tasks such as lifting and reaching, often for extended periods. Performing these duties well is critical to guest satisfaction and business success.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None needed.
