We have a great opportunity for a talented Bartender to join the team in our All Day Dining restaurant. The successful applicant will have a passion for their work and a personality that will make our guests feel both welcomed and cared for. Guests will look to you to guide them through their choice of beverage based on their taste and preference.

What will you do

  • Interact with clients and understand their needs.
  • Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
  • Work with AFYA team to keep excellent service standards.
  • Be prepared to assist other Shangri-La colleagues/departments in a thoughtful manner.
  • Assist guests and colleagues in choosing the perfect drink option for each customer.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness/orderliness at the bar and surrounding areas.
  • Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
