Key Responsibilities:

  1. Craft Cocktails: Prepare a wide range of cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision, showcasing your mixology skills and aligning with high standards.

  2. Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, offering personalized drink recommendations and ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism.

  3. Bar Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area, ensuring smooth operations and a polished guest experience.

  4. Collaboration: Support the development of seasonal beverage menus that complement dining options and elevate the guest experience.

  5. Inventory Control: Manage stock, order supplies, and minimize wastage to ensure consistent service quality.

  6. Stay Updated: Keep informed of industry trends and new cocktail techniques to improve skills and contribute fresh ideas.

  7. Team Support: Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive environment.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests and enhance their experience.
  • Operational Knowledge: Proficiency in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a good understanding of sophisticated service protocols.
  • Educational Background: A relevant qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred.
