Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a professional Bartender to join our luxury Food & Beverage team. You will craft cocktails, mix drinks, and deliver warm hospitality to guests in a high-end setting.

Ideal candidates have experience in luxury hotels, excellent English, and a passion for presentation, cleanliness, and guest service. This on-site role offers the chance to work with a renowned global brand in Ras Al Khaimah.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, garnishes, and drink preparation techniques.
• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Experience in luxury hotel or resort bar environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar at opening with liquor, glassware, and garnishes.
• Prepare and serve cocktails to standard recipes and presentation.
• Take drink orders, process payments, and manage billing efficiently.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and safety in accordance with SOPs.
• Provide attentive guest service in a luxury setting.
