POSITION SUMMARY
Our jobs aren't just about mixing drinks. Instead, we aim to create an experience that is memorable and unique. Our bartenders have the basics down but are constantly seeking new trends, microlocal offerings, and evolving guest needs. They are not just beverage enthusiasts but also hosts of the space. Their role extends beyond the bar to take ownership of guest service broadly and do what needs to be done. Bartenders will use their knowledge and expertise to ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly. They will build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and meet our guests' needs. They should be passionate about guest service and attentive to detail, from handling money and providing information to ensuring the quality of drinks.
All team members must create a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, maintain confidentiality, and present a professional appearance. Bartenders will be on their feet and moving around, performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and reaching overhead or below the knees, including bending, twisting, and stooping. Performing these duties well is essential for delivering excellent guest experiences and supporting our business every day.
