Responsibilities include preparing beverages, engaging with guests, making recommendations, maintaining bar stock, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Previous hotel bar experience preferred.

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Encourage a positive working environment
• Supports the manager with up-selling features
• Have a thorough working knowledge of all products within the bar
• Maintain a flexible approach to duties and working hours.

We are currently looking for a Bartender.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guest' needs and expectations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with guest, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Encourage a positive working environment
• Supports the manager with up-selling features
• Have a thorough working knowledge of all products within the bar
• Maintain a flexible approach to duties and working hours.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage
