Job Description

• Prepare all items before and during service, including cutlery and bread baskets, ensuring cleanliness of equipment and surfaces.
• Coordinate orders to ensure timely and efficient service to guests.
• Maintain full knowledge of F&B menu items to assist guests and staff effectively.
• Attend all relevant F&B training sessions.
• Understand the table layout of F&B outlets and be able to memorize multiple orders simultaneously.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in outlets, rooms, gym, swimming pool, etc., as needed.
• Ensure safe and sanitary handling of food and beverages.
• Check supplies and restock as necessary.
• Monitor tables for upcoming courses and communicate with staff and kitchen.
• Take guest orders and provide information clearly to colleagues and guests.
• Inform staff of VIPs and special guest requests.
• Handle challenges and changes during service and assist with table turnovers.
• Assist in clearing tables and preparing orders like drinks, snacks, and breads.
• Support other departments as required.
• Participate in departmental meetings.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas during and after service.
• Ensure a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude with guests and staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
