Job Responsibilities: Bartender

• Follow instructions from your immediate superior regarding duties before and after shifts. Ensure your service station is well equipped and prepare tables according to standards.
• Participate in shift briefings to receive updates on staff, VIPs, events, and general comments.
• Provide a warm, professional welcome and farewell to guests, maintaining excellent posture and presentation.
• Greet guests politely, introduce yourself, and inform them of your role.
• Mix drinks according to recipes, check IDs, and serve drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of bars, tables, and work areas.
• Manage bar stock according to standards.
• Take and confirm drink orders, suggest specialties and wines to increase sales.
• Handle billing and payments efficiently.
• Ensure safety and proper handling when carrying orders.
• Attend meetings and participate in training programs.
• Perform all other assigned duties as required.
