Job summary

SUSHISAMBA Dubai on The Palm seeks experienced bartenders to join a luxury, high-volume bar team.

You will prepare cocktails, recommend drinks, and ensure flawless presentation for VIP and international guests while maintaining cleanliness and stock accuracy in a world-class venue on the 51st floor of The St. Regis Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of bartending experience.
• Experience in luxury, fine-dining, high-volume or lifestyle venues.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beers.
• Good English communication and engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to approved recipes and presentation standards.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain consistency in flavour, measurements, garnishing and presentation.
• Deliver engaging and professional service to VIP and international guests.
• Complete bar mise en place and ensure the station is fully prepared before service.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, wastage and correct product storage.
• Process orders accurately through the POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar in line with hygiene and safety requirements.
• Support beverage promotions, events and the introduction of new cocktails.
• Work closely with the wider bar and front-of-house teams during high-volume service.

We are looking for experienced and energetic Bartenders to join the bar team at SUSHISAMBA Dubai.

• Confident in cocktail preparation, garnishing and presentation.
• Experience handling VIP and international guests.
• Good English communication skills and an engaging personality.
