Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with consistency, creativity and flair;
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and creating memorable bar experiences;
• Develop and maintain knowledge of cocktail trends, premium spirits, and wine selections;
• Ensure bar is fully stocked, organized, and presented at all times;
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards behind the bar;
• Manage billing accurately when handling guest orders;
• Contribute to the lively and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant through personality and professionalism.
