POSITION SUMMARY

Our jobs aren’t just about mixing drinks. Instead, we aim to create a memorable and unique experience for our guests. They are not just beverage enthusiasts but also hosts of the space, taking ownership of guest service broadly and doing what needs to be done. Bartenders will use their knowledge and expertise to ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly. They will build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and meet our guests’ needs. Passion for guest service and attention to detail — from handling money accurately, providing information to guests, to ensuring drink quality — are essential.

All team members must create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, protect assets, maintain confidentiality, and present a professional appearance. Bartenders will be on their feet, moving around, and performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 25 pounds), reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these duties well is critical to serve our guests and support our business effectively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Supervisory Experience: None required.

License or Certification: None required.
