Bartender

Our bartenders have the basics down, but are constantly on the lookout for new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests’ evolving needs. They are not just beverage enthusiasts, but also hosts of the space. Their role extends beyond the bar to take ownership of guest service broadly and do what needs to be done. Bartenders will use their knowledge and expertise to ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly. They will build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and meet our guests’ needs. They should be passionate about guest service and detail-oriented — from handling money accurately, providing information to guests, to maintaining the quality of drinks.

Critical to success are creating a safe workplace, following company policies, protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting a professional appearance. Bartenders will be on their feet, moving around, and physically active, including lifting and carrying objects up to 25 pounds, reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these duties well is essential to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support our business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None required.
