As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of beverage service in our sophisticated bar environment. You will use your creativity and expertise to craft exquisite cocktails and provide an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and serve a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, to the highest standards.
• Provide personalized and attentive service to all guests, making recommendations based on their preferences and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, manage inventory levels, and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring the bar area is clean and safe for both guests and staff.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, handle any complaints or feedback professionally, and ensure their needs are met.
• Promote and up-sellpremium beverages and bar menu items, enhancing the overall guest experience and maximizing revenue.
• Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service and support the overall operation of the hotel.
