We have a great opportunity for a talented Bartender to join our team in the All Day Dining restaurant. The successful applicant will have a passion for their work and a personality that makes our guests feel welcomed and cared for. You will guide guests through their beverage choices based on their tastes and preferences.

What will you do

• Interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Fulfill guest orders effectively and organized.
• Work with the AFYA team to maintain excellent service standards.
• Assist other Shangri-La colleagues/departments thoughtfully.
• Help guests and colleagues choose the perfect drink for each customer.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and orderliness at the bar and surrounding areas.
• Listen empathetically to client queries/complaints and collaborate with colleagues or the Service Manager to find solutions.
