Job Description

Responsible for hosting and serving all guests, ensuring they have an exceptional drinking & dining experience; creating lasting memories and building relationships. You will bring our bar concepts to life by using your personal flair and style when interacting with our guests.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the delivery of the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times, reinforcing Hyatt's values and culture characteristics.
2. Follow the Cycle of Service of Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi.
3. Adhere to all skills trained in the departmental core training.
4. Take care of the equipment as if it were your own.
5. Attend lunch and dinner briefings with restaurant staff to review daily specials, menu changes, and service specifications for reservations (e.g., parties).
6. Be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions, and facilities offered by the hotel.
7. Communicate effectively between all internal restaurant departments.
8. Attend all required training, showing an avid interest in learning about the venue and products.
9. Follow and complete opening and closing procedures and checklists for the bar, obtaining a manager’s signature.
10. Serve alcohol responsibly and report any concerns to the duty manager immediately.
