Job description

Job description

A highly respected Law Firm in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Senior Barrister or Litigation Counsel to join its Dispute Resolution team in the DIFC. This is a senior-level role for a UK-qualified (or similarly credentialed) barrister with substantial experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration, ideally with rights of audience before the DIFC Courts or experience in comparable common law jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will bring strong courtroom advocacy skills, deep technical expertise, and a proactive, commercially minded approach to client service.

This is an opportunity to work on high-stakes disputes for major regional and international clients across sectors including energy, finance, technology, and construction. The successful candidate will lead proceedings before the DIFC and ADGM Courts, represent clients in international arbitration under various institutional rules (e.g. LCIA, ICC), and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm's disputes practice.

The firm offers a supportive work culture, career progression through tailored development programs, and the chance to work on some of the region's most complex and high-value cases.
