• Titles of Direct Reports: Senior Barman, Team Leader, Restaurant Manager

Specific Duties

The following responsibilities are critical for successful performance:

• Punch in as scheduled, ready to work, adhering to grooming standards.
• Check for captain for required setup and service assignment.
• Have bar setup ready 15 minutes before operation starts.
• Ensure adequate supplies and thoroughly clean the bar.
• Ensure proper storage of liquor, fruit, and equipment; all liquor must be secure.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations.
• Report issues or needs to supervisors.
• Be ready to work as a waiter/waitress when requested.
• Maintain a clean uniform and impeccable personal grooming.
• Be at the designated work area in uniform and ready at scheduled times.
• Familiarize with all event locations and related areas.
• Introduce oneself warmly to guests and project enthusiasm for service.
• Wear a nametag and avoid excessive jewelry.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist customers whenever possible.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by management.
• Store props carefully after each function.
• Handle all equipment, fixtures, and furniture with care.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and a courteous attitude towards management, staff, and guests.
• Report problems or special guest requests promptly.
• Provide the best possible service at all times.
• Practice the 'Clean as You Go' policy to uphold high sanitation standards.

Additional guest service responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, suggesting cocktails, assisting with drink selections, checking quality, engaging in conversations, maintaining tables, presenting bills, and bidding farewell.

Coordinate with other departments, attend meetings, and stay updated on communication protocols.
