Job description

We are hiring for multiple positions at a leading fast-food chain in the UAE.

• Jr. Barista
• Sr. Barista
• Shift Supervisor
• Area Manager
• Restaurant Manager

Compensation details are as follows:

• Basic Salary: 1500, 1700, 2000, 3000, 5760 AED (depending on the position)
• Meal Allowance: 300, 300, 400, 400, 400 AED
• Housing Allowance: Company-provided, ranging from 1000 to 2100 AED
• Transportation: Company-provided for all positions

Age Limit: Max 29-35 years depending on the role.

Job Responsibilities

Barista Responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, educate customers on our drinks menu, make recommendations, upsell, and take orders. Knowledge of brewing equipment and customer service skills required. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Shift Supervisor Responsibilities

Supervise employees during shifts, ensure tasks are completed, motivate staff, contribute to business goals, and resolve issues to maintain good customer experience and operational standards.

Area Manager Responsibilities

Manage managers across regions, provide training, ensure quality and consistency, increase sales and profitability, review schedules and inventory, and evaluate store operations.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the restaurant, ensure quality standards, motivate staff, oversee operations, manage food prep, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
