  • Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items, following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, answer questions about menu items, and make personalized recommendations.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment, ensuring they are clean and in proper working order.
  • Workstation Management: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies like coffee beans, milk, and pastries.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere for customers.
Key Skills and Qualifications
