Job summary

Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER, a UAE-based retail group, invites applications for a barista role. You will prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks to our customers, maintain a clean, well-stocked workspace and provide friendly, attentive service.

You will work well under pressure, follow hygiene and safety standards, assist with stocking, and coordinate with managers and the team to ensure smooth cafe operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service.
• Ability to use a coffee maker.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks meeting quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and customer area.
• Provide excellent customer service and work well under pressure.
• Liaise with managers, waiters and runners to ensure smooth operations.
• Clean glasses, utensils, bar equipment and restock supplies such as napkins, glasses, ice, straws and condiments.
• Order, date and store food safely and sanitize equipment.
