Qualifications

• Previous hospitality and barista experience is mandatory, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso preparation and equipment.
• Excellent understanding of coffee quality, presentation, and beverage service standards.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages to a high standard.
• Latte art knowledge is desirable.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality and barista experience is mandatory, preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury café, specialty coffee shop, or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso preparation, brewing methods, and coffee equipment.
• Excellent understanding of coffee quality, presentation, and beverage service standards.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages consistently to a high standard.
• Knowledge of latte art is highly desirable.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent attention to detail.
