Senior Baristas will train and coach junior teammates, maintain beverage quality, and contribute to a welcoming customer experience while growing their leadership responsibilities and career within our professional team.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred.
• Senior Barista leadership experience preferred.
• Strong coffee preparation and espresso extraction knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with passion for quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible weekends and holidays availability.

Responsabilités

• Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso, tea, and beverages to standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders and coffee equipment safely.
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation and taste.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Take orders accurately and process payments as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and consumables.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Support opening, closing and daily operational tasks.
• For Senior Baristas: train, coach and support junior baristas.
• For Senior Baristas: monitor beverage quality and assist with daily bar operations.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming customer experience.

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Barista / Senior Barista professionals to join a dynamic hospitality team in Dubai. Whether you are an enthusiastic Barista looking to grow or an experienced Senior Barista ready to take on greater responsibility, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to established standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and service areas.
• Monitor coffee, beverage, and consumable inventory levels.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Support opening, closing, cleaning, and daily operational procedures.
• For Senior Baristas: Train, coach, and support junior baristas and new team members.

Requirements

• Previous barista, café, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Senior Barista candidates should have proven experience in a leadership or senior café role.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso extraction, and beverage techniques.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for coffee and hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when required.
