InstaCreative India in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Barista to deliver high-quality coffee and beverages, greet customers, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare drinks, take orders, maintain a clean station, handle cash, and collaborate with the team while following health and safety guidelines. Previous barista experience and strong communication are preferred; local visa sponsorship offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; food handling certification is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers kindly.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations and health codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
• Take orders from customers and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing for each order.
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies when needed.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with customers.
• Educate yourself on coffee trends and brewing methods.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items or promotions.
