Job summary

ConFlip in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Barista (Indian) for a temporary position with extension possibility based on performance. You will prepare beverages to customer preferences and ensure quality and speed in a busy cafe.

Fluency in English is required, and Indian nationality is preferred. You will work flexible hours including weekends, with visa and flight arrangements provided by the employer where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee types, preparation methods, and latte art.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.

We are a busy cafe in Abu Dhabi looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. As an Indian Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position is $1200 per month. The employee will be responsible for finding their own accommodation but we can assist with recommendations. The company will provide a free visa and ticket to Abu Dhabi.
