Job summary

JobCenter in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Barista to join our café team. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare a variety of coffee drinks while maintaining a clean workspace and excellent service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Barista experience, strong multitasking abilities, and fluency in English; Arabic is welcomed. Immigrant status is acceptable. Salary is 1000 AED.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a related position.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Immigrant status acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, mocha).
• Explain menu and daily specials to customers.
• Ensure drinks are prepared to customer specifications.
• Keep café area and equipment clean.
• Operate cash register and handle payments.
