Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in coffee preparation preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of different brewing methods such as espresso, cappuccino, latte etc.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee drinks according to customer specifications
• Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times
• Provide customers with informative and friendly service
• Greet customers as they enter the café
• Ensure accurate record keeping of orders
• Restock supplies as needed
