Job summary

Want More is hiring a Barista in Abu Dhabi who is enthusiastic and reliable. You will prepare coffee to customer requests, serve with a friendly attitude, and help maintain a clean café environment.

We offer an AED 1500 monthly salary, a supportive team, flexible hours and opportunities to develop barista skills while working in a fast-paced setting. Immigrant applicants are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Making coffee orders as per customers' requests accurately and quickly.
• Serving customers with a friendly and engaging attitude at all times.
• Taking orders from customers over the phone or counter and relaying them accurately to the kitchen staff for preparation.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the café, including wiping down surfaces, restocking counters, disposing rubbish etc.
• Adhering to health & safety standards at all times.
