Job description

We are seeking a skilled and professional Barista to join our team and deliver an elevated in-house hospitality experience. The Barista will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, stylish coffee station that reflects the standards of our company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including, Espresso-based drinks, Brewed coffee, Specialty beverages, Iced drinks, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders clearly, and offering drink suggestions based on preferences.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and blenders with precision and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and service area at all times, in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies (e.g., coffee beans, milk, syrups, tea) and restock as necessary to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Support internal events, meetings, and special occasions by offering curated beverage service to guests and clients.
• Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming, polished, and luxurious guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience in a hospitality, hotel, or high-end office setting.
• Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and drink customization.
• Skilled in operating commercial-grade coffee equipment.
• Excellent personal presentation, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Passion for coffee and hospitality, with a customer-first mindset.
