Job Title: Barista

Salary: 1200 AED

Location: Reef Al Fujairah City

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Barista to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, preparing and serving coffee drinks, and other related activities.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, have a friendly personality and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Barista must also have a good understanding of the menu and be able to provide accurate information to customers. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with cash handling procedures and operating a POS system.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Prepare coffee drinks including cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, Americanos and more while following all recipes accurately.
2. Greet customers with a smile and take orders accurately from customers in person or over the phone.
3. Ensure that all beverages are prepared correctly according to the customer’s specifications.
4. Clean all equipment regularly as well as maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift.
5. Follow health safety standards at all times including proper food handling techniques.
6. Provide friendly and efficient customer service ensuring that customers receive their order quickly and accurately.
7. Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking items as needed.
8. Process payments according to cash handling procedures.
