Job description
Responsibilities:
- Crafting exceptional coffee beverages with precision, ensuring each cup meets our quality standards and customer preferences.
- Mastering the art of latte art and presentation, elevating the customer experience with visually stunning drinks.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Engaging with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, taking the time to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Efficiently managing the cash register, processing payments accurately and handling cash securely to maintain financial integrity.
- Restocking supplies and managing inventory levels, ensuring the café always has the necessary ingredients and equipment on hand.
- Collaborating with team members to streamline operations during peak hours, ensuring prompt service and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in barista training or coffee brewing preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment, showcasing a passion for coffee and customer service.
- Proficiency in English, with additional language skills being a significant advantage for diverse customer engagement.
- Strong technical skills in operating espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with a keen attention to detail.
