Barista

A Barista engages our guests during their visit, receives/serves orders and ensures brand service standards are met to the highest quality. As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing exceptional customer service.

A Barista engages our guests during their visit, receives/serves orders and ensures brand service standards are met to the highest quality. As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, and specialty beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station.
• Engage with guests, providing personalized recommendations and excellent service.
• Ensure consistency in drink preparation, following established recipes and standards.
• Manage stock levels, restock supplies, and maintain equipment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel or café setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is a plus.
• The ability to create classic cocktails.
• Flexibility in hours as you will be working rostered shifts, especially on weekends.
• Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills.
• Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
