• Prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages with consistency and quality.
• Understand and share knowledge about Ca Phin’s coffee origins and brewing methods.
• Engage warmly with customers, offering an authentic and welcoming experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workspace.
• Handle daily opening and closing duties.
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join the Ca Phin team. You’ll be at the heart of our brand, serving up handcrafted Vietnamese coffee while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Minimum 1 year barista experience preferred.
• Passionate about coffee and customer service.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Energetic, reliable, and a team player.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour break included)

Days: 6 days a week

Employment Terms:

No visa, insurance, accommodation, or transport provided.

Any sick or regular leave during this period will be unpaid.

Post-Probation (After 6 Months):

Visa and health insurance will be provided by the company.
