Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Barista training or certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in fast-paced settings.
• Fluent in English and Russian with strong communication skills.
• Passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium coffee tea and specialty beverages while ensuring exceptional taste quality and presentation


• Create attractive latte art and maintain high beverage presentation standards to enhance the customer experience


• Deliver a warm welcoming and professional hospitality experience to showroom visitors guests and VIP clients


• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized beverage recommendations


• Operate maintain and clean coffee machines and beverage preparation equipment efficiently


• Maintain cleanliness hygiene and organization of the coffee station and service areas in accordance with health and safety standards


• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment of coffee beans beverages milk syrups and other supplies


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations company policies and premium service standards at all times


• Support showroom events client meetings and special hospitality requirements to enhance the luxury customer experience


• Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally resolving concerns promptly while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude

Qualifications

• High school diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification;
