A high school diploma is required; 2–8 years in a similar role are preferred; fluent English is essential to communicate with a diverse clientele.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a background in hospitality or food service is preferred to understand the fast-paced environment.

• 2-8 years of experience in a similar role as barista, showcasing a passion for coffee and customer service, in coffee shops or restaurants.

• Certification in barista skills or coffee preparation is a plus, demonstrating commitment to excellence in beverage crafting and knowledge.
