Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Barista experience.
• Specialty coffee experience preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate to Ghayathi, Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi.

Prepare high-quality espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages.Perform espresso extraction and daily grinder calibration.Steam and texture milk correctly and produce consistent latte art.Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.Maintain beverage quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.Handle POS transactions and customer orders.Assist with stock monitoring and inventory control.Provide professional customer service and support the team during busy periods.

Desired Candidate Profile

1–3 years of Barista experience.Strong skills in espresso extraction, grinder calibration, milk steaming, and latte art.Specialty coffee experience is preferred.UAE café experience is preferred.Must be willing to relocate and work in Ghayathi, Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi.Candidates who can join soon will be given preference.Shortlisted candidates will be required to send a short video demonstrating espresso preparation, milk steaming, and latte art skills.
