Job summary

Bulahej Group in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Barista to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods and exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for creating high-quality beverages and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years of barista experience and skills in latte art. A positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Barista is preferred.
• Ability to create visually appealing designs in coffee beverages.
• Strong knowledge of milk texturing and pouring techniques.

• Experience in operating espresso machines and coffee grinders

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

• Latte art and specialty coffee knowledge is an added advantage
• Demonstrated skill in latte art and coffee presentation, with the ability to create visually appealing designs in coffee beverages such as cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks.
• Strong knowledge of milk texturing and pouring techniques to ensure high-quality beverage presentation and enhanced customer experience.
• Ability to maintain consistency in beverage aesthetics while meeting company presentation standards and customer expectations.
