Job summary

HANE PATISSERIE in Ajman, UAE is seeking a skilled Specialty Coffee Barista with at least 2 years of experience. You will work with specialty coffee and modern brewing techniques to craft top-quality beverages.

You should know V60, Chemex, AeroPress, espresso extraction, grinder calibration, milk steaming, and maintain cleanliness and consistency in every cup while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista.
• Good knowledge of specialty coffee including V60, Chemex, AeroPress and manual brews.
• Strong espresso extraction, grinder calibration and milk steaming.
• Prepare high-quality espresso beverages (cappuccino, latte, flat white, Americano).
• Knowledge of beans, grind sizes, brewing ratios and extractions.
• Operate and maintain professional coffee machines and grinders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and consistency in every cup.
• Passion for specialty coffee, attention to detail, willingness to learn.
• Preferred: experience in a specialty coffee shop or premium café.
