SO/ Dubai is seeking a motivated Barback to support bartenders and servers in a high-volume luxury hotel environment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will stock, prepare stations, assist guests, and maintain bar areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Ideal candidates have prior barback or hospitality experience, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills. This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible evenings and weekends to meet service demands.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with inquiries regarding beverage offerings, menu items, and promotions in a helpful and informative manner.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage lists, cocktail preparations, and promotions.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of beverages and bar supplies following health and safety protocols.
• Keep guest-facing and back-of-house bar areas clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout service.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory levels, alerting management to stock needs and discrepancies.
