Job summary

Felicita Restaurant in Downtown Dubai is seeking a Bar Back to support the front-of-house team during service. You will restock bar supplies, prepare mixers and juices, and help keep the bar area clean and organized.

This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Prior hospitality experience is preferred, and knowledge of bar tools and hygiene standards is helpful for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically active role.
• Able to lift stock and stand for long periods.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to support FOH staff.
• Basic knowledge of bar tools, glassware, and hygiene standards.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Restock and organize bar supplies, including liquor, garnishes, ice, and glassware throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping counters, washing glassware, and clearing empty bottles.
• Support bartenders during peak hours by preparing mixers, juices, and pre-batched ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels and alert bartenders or management when inventory runs low.
• Assist with opening and closing bar setup, including ice runs and equipment checks.
