We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Senior Supervisor to join at a South-Central Bar in a 4 Star Hotel in Dubai, UAE. This role supports the Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent service standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Bar Manager in all aspects of bar operations and administration.
Supervise and train bartenders, baristas, and service staff to maintain high service standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels efficiently.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and daily financial reconciliation.
Contribute to menu planning, promotions, and bar events.
Maintain cleanliness and ambience of the bar at all times.
Step in for the Bar Manager during their absence

Requirements:
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a bar supervisory or assistant management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of bar operations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
