Job Responsibilities

- Experience in all aspects of restaurant service.
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- High professionalism, sound human resources management capabilities, business acumen, energy, and determination.
- Proven organizational skills, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.
- Background in bartending and menu engineering with wine knowledge.
- Exceptional spirit and liquor knowledge.
- Up-to-date with F&B trends and successful concepts.
- Knowledge of digital platforms to enhance F&B exposure.
Additional Information
Degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of hotel experience.
