Job summary

Qualifications

• Alternatively, 2-year degree plus 2 years experience in F&B or related area.

Responsibilities

• Implements beverage policy and procedures across the property.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and Federal beverage and liquor laws.
• Manages beverage control, inventory, costs, and end-of-period inventory.
• Monitors adherence to liquor control policies and procedures.
• Provides staff training on liquor control policies and procedures.
• Communicates event specifics to Bar/Lounge staff and assists in financial management of the department.
• Provides excellent customer service and handles guest feedback and complaints.

Education

2-year degree in Food Service Management / Hospitality / related major
