InterContinental Abu Dhabi is seeking a friendly Bar Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. You will support the bar operations, assist bartenders, and ensure a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean bar area, replenishing supplies, serving beverages, and recommending items from the beverage menu. Fluency in English and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or similar F&B environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, guest-focused approach.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests warmly and providing attentive service.
• Assisting bartenders with beverage preparation and service.
• Maintaining bar area cleanliness and organization before, during, and after service.
• Replenishing beverages, ice, glassware, and bar supplies during shifts.
• Serving beverages and taking guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledge of the beverage menu and ability to suggest recommendations.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Supporting stock checks and inventory control.
• Collaborating with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors.
