Job description

• Adhere to and support Atlantis, The Royal Quality
• Follow company guidelines on grooming, uniforms and personal hygiene
• Act as a liaison between the bar, kitchen and service areas running the food and beverage orders
• Complete bar mise en place, such as stocking up bars, setting bartenders stations, pass areas, bar garnished and finishes following through the opening and closing checklist as per SOPs.
• Work with the stewarding team to manage bar clearance area, clean and polish OS&E
• Follow directions from the Bartender in order to ensure exceptional guest service
• Preserve the work / clearing stations organized and stocked in order to better accommodate the needs of the Bartender
• Responsible for keeping bar areas clean, tidy and safe by ensuring the stations are organized, stocked up and floor is free of any debris or liquids
• Pick-up and delivery of beverages to the waiter and transferring back the soiled dishes, glassware, silverware and napkins to the back of house area
• Receive and store food and beverage items whilst adhering to all food hygiene regulations and ISO procedures
• Previous experience in a similar role (restaurant / bar waiter or similar)
• Prior experience in high volume A La Carte restaurants preferable
• Outgoing and confident who is flexible and a great team player
• Dynamic, energetic, creative individual with a positive attitude
