Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a skilled bartender for a luxury hotel setting. You will assist in preparing and serving wines, spirits, and cocktails, while maintaining standards and stock levels across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of luxury-bar experience and strong wine knowledge, with a passion for exceptional guest service in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel.
• 2-3 years bartending in a luxury establishment.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bartender to prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and Four Seasons Standards.
• Keep and monitor the stock of cocktail ingredients ready for every shift.
• Ensure cleanliness of glassware and bar area.
