Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking an experienced bartender to join our luxury hotel bar team. You will assist in preparing wines, spirits and cocktails, maintain stock and cleanliness, and deliver exceptional service in a high-end environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of bartending in a luxury setting, with strong knowledge of wine and cocktails. We offer competitive tax-free salary, service charges, and comprehensive benefits in a renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years bartending in a luxury establishment.
• Experience in a 5* or luxury hotel is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartender to prepare and serve wines, spirits and mixed drinks per Four Seasons standards.
• Maintain stock of cocktail ingredients and glassware; ensure cleanliness of bar area.
• Provide exceptional guest service and uphold luxury brand standards.

What you will do

• Assist Bartender to prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
• Keep and monitor the stock of cocktail ingredients ready for every shift.
• Ensure cleanliness of glassware and bar area.

What you bring

• Previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel.
• 2-3 years bartending in a luxury establishment.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks.
